Kevin Viola was born and raised in Portland, Maine growing up in the East and North Deering sections of Portland. He attended Portland Public Schools, graduated from Portland High School, class of 1988 and graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 1994 with a B.S in Business Administration, a Minor in Economics and Real Estate. Also, in his senior year in college, Kevin graduated from the Northeast Technical Institute and obtained a Class A tractor trailer license.

After college, Kevin began his professional career in the trucking/food industry and developed an extensive knowledge of the market area in New England with a focus in Maine. In 1999, it was time to put his business degree to work and began a career at Tyler Technologies, developing strong customer relationships and a solid technical background. In 2002, Kevin got married and now resides in the North Deering area of Portland with his wife Lou Anne, son Dominic and daughter Lucinda.

In June of 2006, after building on his educational and professional experiences, Kevin joined Reali Realty.
