We Will Sell Your Maine Home In Less Than 180 Days, Or You Get $1000 Back at closing!
While agents will promise to sell your home, the reality of the Maine real estate market today is that this simply doesn’t always happen. The fact of the matter is, the majority of Maine homes listed for sale sit on the market for months, and many of these homes never sell at all. Needless to say, this is highly frustrating to a homeseller. But more than this, it can be financially crushing if you’re counting on the sale of your home to fulfill some other obligation.

Instead of making you empty promises, we will give you a written guarantee of performance and if we don’t live up to this agreement, we credit $1,000 of your closing fees, through a deduction right on the HUD at time of closing.

Seller signs a 9 month Exclusive Right To Sell Listing Agreement with Reali Realty List Price determined by an evaluation of our CMA and Independent Appraisal, and be set at what is determine to be Market Value by our Agent.

Seller agrees to participate and pay for, our Home Selling System that includes:
Having a Pre-listing Home Inspection, and repair any/all issues found, payable at closing
Having an Independent Appraisal prepared for your property, payable upon completion
Purchase a 1 yr Buyer Home Warranty on your home.
Agree to 5% Price Reductions every 45 days
Ensure easy access to your home for all showings
Seller pays a 3% commission to both Buyer & Listing Agent for a total of 6% commission.
Homes listed in the top 20% of the price range in the given market are not elegible for this
program.
To qualify, your home must be listed with and sold by a listing agent working on behalf of Reali Realty, and your credit will be provided at the closing of the home sale, in the form of a commission reduction.
